We're not accountants, and The Decode isn't an audit or financial advice. If we find something that needs a CPA or a lawyer, we'll say so and point you to one. What we are is investigators. We're very good at following threads, asking the questions nobody inside the business thinks to ask, and connecting dots that are invisible when you're the one drowning in the day-to-day.
Sometimes it's simple
Sometimes the fix is embarrassingly small. Not every struggling business needs a transformation. Sometimes it's one broken process quietly eating ten hours a week. One service priced wrong since 2022. One invoice workflow with three unnecessary steps and no follow-up automation. Owners often expect us to deliver terrible news. Instead we hand them one page that says "automate these two things, raise this one price, stop doing this task entirely." That's the whole point of investigating before prescribing: you fix what's actually broken, not what a consultant assumed was broken.
What happens after
The Findings Report is yours either way. Take it and implement everything yourself if you like; it's written so you can. But most owners ask us to stay and build the fixes: the automations, the SOPs, the restructured workflows. That's a separate, scoped project and priced after you've seen the findings, so you're never buying blind.
